Taylor Replane

I am thrilled to begin my first year as Director of Enrollment Management. To be part of the Friends School community is an immense honor and privilege. I am thankful to be surrounded by inspiring educators, dedicated staff members, and school leaders who work tirelessly to nurture the mission of Friends School.

I have worked in education for over twenty years, serving as an outdoor educator, classroom teacher, and school leader. Before coming to Friends School, I spent 12 years at Watershed School, a fellow ACIS member school. I am particularly passionate about school communities and nurturing healthy student, staff, and family culture.

A true jack of all trades, and master of none, I could fill a page with the various hobbies I have or would like to begin. However my true north is rooted in my relationships with my family and friends, especially in partnership with my wife. I am delighted to be a father to a highly spirited 4 year old, and a seven month old cherub who smiles at everything.
