Betsy Gonzalez Blohm

I spent ten years in public schools teaching Spanish as a World Language and Spanish Literacy at the elementary and secondary levels. During that time I founded a Spanish for Heritage Speakers Program, a Latine Student Union, a K-12 Biliteracy Tutoring Program, and a Spanish-Speaking Families Coalition. I spent 5 years training future teachers at Regis University and Naropa University specializing in mindfulness for teachers and culturally responsive pedagogy. I believe teaching is a sacred practice and find great joy in supporting educators in cultivating that practice.

Challenging minds. Nurturing spirits. Honoring individuality.
